Privacy Policy
Updated November 5, 2026.
Reeladay is a web application that plans, previews and publishes short vertical videos to social accounts connected by their owner. This policy explains what data Reeladay processes and why.
Data we process
- Connected accounts. When an account is connected through the platform's official login (for example TikTok Login Kit or Pinterest OAuth), we receive and store the account identifier (TikTok open_id, Pinterest user ID), display name, username, avatar URL and the access and refresh tokens issued by the platform. For Pinterest we also store the ID of the board the account publishes to.
- Publishing data. Before each post we request the creator information the platform provides (available privacy levels, interaction settings, maximum video length) to show it on the publishing screen. We store the post identifier and publishing status returned by the platform.
- Statistics. For videos published through Reeladay we store public counters (views, likes, comments, shares) and the follower count of the connected account.
- Videos and captions created in Reeladay and sent to the platform at the creator's request. For Pinterest this includes a cover image taken from a frame of the video.
- Comments under the creator's own posts (Instagram and Threads): the commenter's username and the comment text. They are used to reply to the comment and, when a comment contains a keyword the creator announced in the post, to send that commenter one private message with the link they asked for.
- Messages sent by Reeladay in reply to such comments.
We do not collect data about other viewers of the videos, and the website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
Website statistics. We count visits to reeladay.com without cookies. For each page view we store the page, the referring site, any utm tags in the link, the country, the device type (phone or computer) and a one-way code made from the IP address and browser details that changes every day, so one visitor counts once a day. We also count clicks on the email sign-up links and on Sign in with Google. We do not store IP addresses or full browser details, and these records are deleted after 180 days.
Short links. When someone opens a Reeladay short link, we store the time, the link, the referring site, the country, the device type and the same kind of daily one-way code. No cookies are set, and IP addresses and full browser details are not stored. Automated visits such as link previews are marked and not counted. These records are shown to the workspace that created the link and deleted after 180 days.
Email to us. Messages sent to [email protected] reach our Gmail inbox, and a copy of the message text and sender goes to our team's private Telegram channel so we can reply.
Sign in with Google
You can sign in on reeladay.com with your Google account to ask for access to the panel. Signing in does not open the panel, and it does not connect any social account.
- What we keep. We ask Google only for the basic scopes
openid, emailandprofile. We store your email address, your name, your Google account ID and the dates of your first and last sign-in. We do not store your profile picture or any Google access or refresh token, and we have no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account. - Why. To recognize you when you come back, show you your name and email on the page, write to you about the access you asked for, and send you one welcome email after your first sign-in.
- Who else sees it. The welcome email goes through our email delivery provider, Resend, which receives your name and email address for that purpose only. When you sign in for the first time, your name and email address also go to our team's private Telegram channel so we can get back to you. Apart from these two services, your Google data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else.
- Cookies. Signing in sets two strictly necessary cookies on reeladay.com: a short-lived one that protects the sign-in itself, removed when it finishes, and one that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, removed when you sign out.
- How to delete it. Email [email protected] from the same address and we delete the record within 7 days. See data deletion. You can also remove Reeladay from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How data is used
Only to provide the features described above: showing which account a video will be posted to, publishing videos after the creator confirms, showing publishing status and statistics, and replying to comments under the creator's own posts. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes and not used for advertising. Captions and replies may be drafted with the help of AI language models; only the text is passed to them, never account tokens or commenter identifiers.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own server. Access tokens are kept server-side and are never exposed in the browser. Access to the application is restricted to authorized users.
Retention and deletion
When an account is disconnected in Reeladay, its tokens are deleted immediately. Access can also be revoked at any time in the platform's own settings (in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services; in Pinterest: the connected apps list in the Security section of account settings). Statistics and comments are kept while the corresponding post exists in Reeladay and are deleted with it. To request deletion of any data, see data deletion.
