Data deletion

Reeladay stores only the data described in the Privacy Policy: connected account details and tokens, publishing status and statistics of posts published through Reeladay, comments under those posts and replies sent to them, and the name, email and sign-in dates of people who signed in on the website with Google.

How to delete your data

1. Revoke access in the platform. In TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → Reeladay → Remove access. In Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Remove. Reeladay can no longer use the account after that.
2. If you commented on a post published through Reeladay (Instagram, Threads) and want your comment data and any message we sent you deleted, email us with your username, same address and subject as below.
3. If you signed in on reeladay.com with Google, email [email protected] from that address with the subject "Data deletion". Within 7 days we delete your record and confirm by email. To cut the link from your side as well, remove Reeladay at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Request full deletion. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" and the username of the account. Within 7 days we delete the account record, its tokens and all statistics linked to it, and confirm by email.

Videos already published on a platform belong to the account and can be deleted by its owner in that platform.
